get_grad_mask_2d

minkasi_wrapper.extern.minkasi.minkasi.get_grad_mask_2d(map, todvec=None, thresh=4.0, noisemap=None, hitsmap=None)

make a mask that has an estimate of the gradient within a pixel. Look at the rough expected noise to get an idea of which gradients are substantially larger than the map noise.
